What is TOMA?

TOMA TEQUILA simply put means Drink Tequila. You are invited to do exactly that!

TOMA Tequila classes are a celebration of the beauty of tequila: its freshness; delicacy; and rich history.

TOMA guides you through how to recognise a good tequila and gives you a hands on lesson on some of the many ways to serve it. 

A TOMA class runs for 2 hours in groups of no more than 20 people, and sheds light on the origin and production of tequila. The class takes you through tasting tequila, traditional chasers and a hands on experience in making tequila cocktails. During the half-way break a tasting plate of traditional Mexican canapés are served, thanks to the Little Blood kitchen.

TOMA classes are presented by members of the Tequila Tromba team, who have strong links to the Highland region of the state of Jalisco in Mexico and who have been serving tequila based cocktails in the top tequila bars in the city.
